2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you upon placing your order.

Zip code starting with 7: 40-50 days or 28-35 days (according to the zip code)

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TimberPanda. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here's what you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy:
1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@timberpanda.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, or style, please contact us to arrange for an exchange. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
